Maana Credits vs. Structured Bundles: Which Should You Choose?

Physiotherapist consultation at Maana Wellness

New clients ask us this constantly, and there isn’t a single right answer — it depends on how you actually want to use the clinic. Here’s how to think about it.

Two Different Ways to Pay, Not Two Different Levels of Care

Maana Credits and Structured Bundles aren’t a “basic vs. premium” split — they’re two different pricing models built for two different ways of approaching treatment. Maana Credits work across every modality and every Maana Wellness location — spinal decompression, HBOT, ESWT, pelvic floor therapy, body toning, and more — on your own schedule. Structured Bundles are physiotherapist-designed programs with the schedule and modality mix already worked out for a specific goal.

Choose a Bundle If…

You want a physiotherapist-recommended program built around a specific goal, with the schedule and modality mix already worked out for you. Bundles like Reset & Recover (10 sessions over 3 weeks) or Sculpt & Glow (12 sessions over 6 weeks) exist because most people with a specific issue don’t want to design their own treatment plan session by session — they want a clear path with a defined start and end.

Choose Credits If…

You want flexibility to move between treatments as your needs change, without committing to one fixed program upfront. This is the better fit if you’re not sure yet exactly what you need, if your needs span more than one category (say, spinal decompression and occasional Rally Labs recovery), or if you’re the kind of person who wants to book treatment around a schedule that changes week to week.

If You’re Picking a Credit Pack: Start Small, Then Move Up

If you’re new to Maana Wellness, we generally recommend starting with a Starter Pack (10 credits, valid 6 months) to try a few sessions before committing further. Most clients who stick with credits move up to Standard (20 credits, valid 9 months) once they’ve settled into a routine — it unlocks Rally Labs access and a meaningfully better per-credit rate. One thing worth knowing upfront: Rally Labs sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy are only redeemable on Standard, Premium, and membership tiers, not Starter — at the Starter rate, those sessions actually cost more in credits than paying à la carte.

If you’re building wellness into a regular routine rather than occasional visits, a monthly membership beats every credit pack on rate — our 6-Month plan is the best balance of commitment and savings, and all memberships include priority booking, a quarterly Body Audit, and full Rally Labs access.

You Don’t Have to Choose Just One

Many clients start with a bundle for a specific issue, then move to ongoing credits for maintenance once that issue is resolved. There’s no penalty for switching models as your needs change — the honest answer to “which one should I get” is usually “start with whichever matches what you need right now, and adjust later.”
