Maana WellnessNon-Surgical Spinal Decompression for Back and Neck Pain
Spinal decompression therapy gently relieves pressure on your spine to promote healing — no incisions, no hospital admission. Session count and focus area (cervical or lumbar) are determined by a physiotherapist.
What It Treats
- Chronic lower back pain
- Neck pain and cervical issues
- Disc-related pain, sciatica
- General spinal pressure from prolonged sitting or posture
How It Works
Gentle spinal stretching relieves compression on nerves. For wellness-focused programs, this can run up to 10 to 15 sessions, determined by assessment.
A Contested Category in Kozhikode
Non-surgical spinal decompression is a genuinely competitive space here, with several dedicated clinics marketing aggressive claims about patient volume and success rates. Maana Wellness leans on an assessment-led, physiotherapist-run program rather than volume claims — session count and focus area determined by your own assessment, not a fixed package.
